1st Sunshine Charity Art Auction. This event allows bids to be received over several weeks for 30 excellent pieces of art. Proceeds to be donated to the Pirilampos orphanage and the new Old People's Home in Almancil.

Postscript: Charity event raises over EUR 19,000
The 1st Sunshine Charity Golf day was a great success providing over EUR 19.000 for local charities. The money was raised mainly by the auction and the golf tournament. Half the proceeds were donated to UNIR with the remainder going to Por Paixão, another Algarve charity (based in Almancil).

9 July to 31 August 06: Vale do Lobo, at Barringtons
Valérie Londot is presenting, with exclusivity in Portugal, the limited editions of fine-art giclee prints by the Belgian artist Christine Comyn.
The prints are hand-signed and numbered by the artist and reproduced in strictly-controlled limited editions. They are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity which is also signed by the artist.
Christine Comyn is without a doubt one of Europe´s most important and successful painters of the female form. Her mixed media style is instantly recognizable and her large originals are highly demanded and fetch high prices.
Her past exhibitions abroad have included:

- Le prix international d´Art Contemporain de Monte Carlo, Monaco

“International Art exhibition” in Pinheiros Altos golf clubhouse on the 9th July to the 26th July with the Artists Virgílio Raposo, Luisa Aleixo, José Projecto, Wim Ricourt, Christine Comyn, Richard Neubersch, Maurice T., Teresa Paulino and Pedro Felix.
Addendum: This event raised a total of 3500 euros for the ACCA children's charity through an art auction.

25 May - 15 June 2006: Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima golf courses
Exhibition of «Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima golf courses and natural wild life» with the artists Virgílio Raposo, Luisa Aleixo, José Projecto, Richard Neubersch (photographer) and Maurice T.
Addendum: The exhibition was very successful with 9 paintings and sculptures sold. An amount of EUR 6,560 was raised for a children's charity in Vila Real Antonio.
Jan-Mar 2006: International Art Exhibition in Quinta do Lago (Algarve, Portugal)
For the year 2006, Valérie is organising a continuous series of International Art Exhibitions in the Vale dos Pinheiros Clubhouse, Avenida Ayrton Senna da Silva, Quinta do Lago.
There will be six different exhibitions during the year, each one lasting for two months. The objective is to promote Portuguese artists along with selected renowned international artists.
The first exhibition will take place from the 15th January until the 15th March with the following artists:
- John Lamonby
- Virgílio Raposo
- Christine Comyn
- José Delgado Martin
- Lígia Rodrigues

Addendum: The opening night on 15th January was well attended on the evening and guests included Dr. Domingos da Silva, Director of Quinta do Lago and his wife, pictured here with the exhibition organiser Valerie Londot. 
The evening raised a total of 1500 euros from the sale of 11 paintings for the Children's Charity ACCA.

Valérie Londot is presenting, with exclusivity in Portugal, the limited editions of fine-art giclee prints by the Belgian artist Christine Comyn.
For this special exhibition starting on 15th November until 15th January, Vila Sol Golf and Spa Resort is organising a special «Beaujolais Nouveau» party and dinner on the 17th November 2005 in the golf clubhouse for the residents and golf members. The ticket prices are 50€ per head.
